@@FeZe1997 You need to beat all operations on lethal difficulty to unlock the survivor helmet. But it's not a paid cosmetic.

@@gnusch3109 The heavy Plasma Incinerator got a buff with patch 3.0 and it was a very big jump in damage. It beats the Melta by a significant margin now

But you need to charge it of course, and it lobs energy blasts so you have to be able to predict enemies movements.
