This is hollywood CGI, in reality, even at 100m, he wouldn't have heard the 'bang' and would have died without hearing it, despite seeing the muzzle flash. Also, there is no way in the history of physics, that the bullet would have gone through the germans sniper scope right through his eye. It's just impossible. You can search on internet if you want.

I wouldn't classify a standard issue rifle as a sniper rifle. That's why they gave Vasily a better weapon after the Propaganda officer saw him make the shots.

Those 3 Somalis had a fraction of the American navy facing them and thought they could somehow get away with it all. 3 targets, 3 different snipers, at sea bobbing up,down,left and right but when time came, precision.

Seeing Vin Diesel die was the best part of SPR because while he's normally a pretty good actor in most of his roles, this was not the movie for him. Now he did manage to pull the death really well, like the way he held the letter and cried out as he died. That was stellar. Sadly it was his best performance in the movie because for every other scene he was in just felt like he wasn't taking it seriously.
I'm agree, Vasily Zaitsev was a fucking badass god with the sniper. In addition, I prefer the scene where Jackson is killing the germans one by one from the belfry, before he and Parker die because a tank shot.
