Apologies for such a long break without uploading! I have had to deal with several technical issues as well as the start of my season. With regard to the "races of the week" footage I have been sent but I haven't used it will be soon, do not worry (I am sorry it has taken so long). I hope those of you who have started your outdoor season have had a good start! p.s. I will be going through comments over the next few days replying to everyone, it may take a while as I have 200+ notifications the majority of which are comments. Mt. Athletic Productionz I haven't even watched but I assumed it will be a great video and I've liked I was supposed to start outdoor on Sunday but I picked up an injury in both hamstrings 😧anyways you're my favourite youtuber and keep up the good work BTW could you make a su bingtian montage please?
He definitely seems to have got it right. It's good to see what he is doing indoors also translates outdoors, surprising how many guys run well indoors but are nowhere to be seen come the outdoor season.
I am a 400m runner, I would tell you my PB but then some very observant people may work out who I am and I am trying to stay somewhat anonymous for now at least. I run between 52 and 49 although that was two years ago I am currently competing in my first season since then so I haven't been able to improve my time for over a year.

Athletic Productionz also that guy in Lane 1 at the WC got such a good start, and I feel like he could be so much better with a better technique

Yay, ur finally back. I was starting to miss these videos. Love this one as always
Thanks, man. Keep an eye out this week, there will be a new one!
Best one yet!!! Love your channel keep up the amazing work!👌🏾
Thank you, it means a lot!
Just last weekend he ran 9.78, absolutely insane!
wind aided tho
Underrated.
He just run a PR of 9.97 wind legal so happy for him😊✋
Me too, really felt for him last year during the outdoors.
His PB is 9.88 now, a tie with Noah Lyles's WL.
Amazing athlete
I wanna see him at the IAAF intercontinental cup this year
Definitely
US mens sprinting is on the rise.
Lets see what he can do this season
He has had a good season opener, hope he builds on that.
Great form

大きい大会で見たことないからオリンピックとかでてほしい
dang Quality like always!
SavageCombo Thanks! I really appreciate it.
C'est génial 👍👏👌
YESSSSS
Loved it
Thank you!
Welcome
Great video, though a bit early: his Rome DL and Eugene DL vids this year would have been great additions!
9.78 in Eugene
Things are looking really good for USA in the sprints at the minute.
💯
He gets faster and faster
Is that John Teeters in the white at 1:04?
In the first clip his hips seem to be really externally rotated, do you think he is wasting energy and how would you fix that?
AlexandreCourchesne Having flexible hip flexors give a advantage for him to have a faster turn over rate than his competitor's.
That would be the case for a less flexible sprinter. Ronnie is clearly one of the most flexible sprinters even among the world's top tier.
Fastest, strongest and most athletic american
I have a question I've been meaning to ask u, what distance do u run and what's ur PB

Athletic Productionz that’s quite decent. Keep up the good work and u will slowly improve without knowing
Niiiiceeeee
Thank you!
Never seen asafa finishing a race if he is not winning
