      @@StanChrisStanChris I had a brother that was gay, he married another man at first it was difficult for me because when were younger he took me to a gay bar in Tucson and a guy grabbed my butt. I knocked the guy out with one punch having been in excellent shape at the time. But I still loved my brother. I happen to not be gay, but I do admit I have seen some guys that were really cute!! To show emotion such as hugging is quite fine with me so long as it is done in respect. I realize some guys are into other guys and witnessed this in the jails I worked in during my career with my sheriff's office!! It was much more the officers behaving this way, not the inmates. Of course I am a believer so that says much about this topic!! I am surprised you did not encounter a guy hitting on you, as you very good looking, or the opposite of some guy being offended and going off on you!!

      I am sure his son walked away with a new level of respect for his Dad, and that they had a dad to son and son to dad talk when he got home. Always tell your family you love them, it is not about a sexual matter when you do this. • @janx8695
      @janx8695 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +10

      I think we can afford them some benefit of the doubt. It could be that they are scared of being made fun of by peers or maybe they think it's controversial with all the lgbtq activism going on around collages these days. It doesn't necessarily mean they are homophobic or have an issue with gays, it could be more self preservation. At the end of the day I don't think it helps going around calling everyone homophobic if they don't conform or say and do what we would like them to. If they aren't going around attacking or being hateful and mean to gay men then their is no reason to assume they are homophobic.
      There is real homophbia and discrimination that still goes on in society and in the work place, and if you go around calling everyone homophobic for minor things it begins to lose its meaning and people will start just rolling their eyes when a homosexual person reports real homophobia because people think here we go again another gay person reading homophobia into every little thing. That's my theory on it anyway.

Good thing I did not kill him with that punch!!! I would be slower to react that way now, but I am much older now, In my opinion hugging is not gay or sexual unless you are engaged in sex!! I hug many men at my church and I am not here to judge anyone. I hope you stay safe in your videos, bound to meet a guy that was like me at age 22, I was a jerk then!!! @ 7:33 it's honestly **B L O W I N G MY DAMN MIND, ** just how many of these dudes are GENUINELY THINKING you are propositioning them for sex, with these frankly silly/ultimately innocuous questions to begin with, *with a very abundantly clear extra camera person/crew, out in the god damn open in the middle of the day on a college campus probably well versed in being approached by people asking similarly content driven sort of questions,* the signs are more than abundant to me that you couldn't possibly be hitting on them in any way shape or form.... So it comes down to: being genuinely nervous in some regard to the questions in general (which is admittedly fair enough... But several of the standoffish dudes answered questionable questions to begin with, so it's not adding up.) OR GENUINE naivety in believing the gays™ are all out here, looking for some strange™, for no discernable reason whatsoever.
    So is it Real nervousness, post answering some revealing questions, or real inflated self importance, to think some dude(s) with cameras are propositioning college kids for the sex, in the middle of a gloomy Tuesday..... Yall decide. Lol
    To really hammer this point home, you
    -asked some tik tok-coded questions, with a camera person, in the middle of the day
    -rarely, if ever, showed any actual interest in them or their answers in any sort of way to *EVER* suggest anything beyond content related purposes
    - asked multiple people the exact same questions in different areas of the campus... Leading me to believe this is a campus where such interview style questions is fairly commonplace, if you didn't suddenly get in any trouble with how several of these kids responded. (Wiling to bet it has a conservative leaning tho lowkey.)
    -NEARLY ALL OF THEM, except the uppity dude with the yes-man attached to his hip, answered some version of some of these questions... Yet stopped at a specific question that gave them the random vibe they were being hit on.
    ... These kids are either really attached to cartoonist stereotypes of gays, or they've been dead-ass propositioned for sex on this campus before. Which would also make some of them liers, since it was the same dudes that refused to admit to 'doing anything gay, ever.' wild video lol

I was there outside of the building the very 1st talks of same sex marriage and watching the proceedings on a news monitor and the San Francisco Chronicle took my photo. I am so proud of you for what you're doing for our community. One thing I am SO happy you don't have to deal with is just how bad homophobia was in the 80s and 90s. I was surrounded by toxic masculinity. I was ridiculed my whole F-ing life and being born with insane genetics being Mexican, Native and Norwegian viking blood I'm just beautiful, lol. Lucky, but it is not a lie or wives tales. It is a curse. People are intimidated and being gay as a young, very young child and apparently everyone knew at 3yrs old. Which was why they felt they had to call me names, make fun of me; but I was not afraid to be myself. I wasn't going to change how I was "acting " I knew I was into men when I was 3yrs old. I saw a porn and knew right away and compared what I had and saw the woman and I was CONFUSED. I had battled alone inside not understanding why I was a boy and not a little girl. I struggled to understand and then my father took me to a gay pride in the 80s. I was so small. I loved cowboys, but have a spiritual connection with horses. My father spared no expenses and he dressed me in some dapper up to date cowboyness and my father loved his shoes so he took me and bought me the best cowboy boots they had. They were grey and black snake skin boots and a Stetson Hat. Then took me to San Franciscos best toys store FAO Swartz to find me the best horse on a stick to match my attire. Yes kid. That's what we had in those days, so shut up😏
    After that he took me to my first Pride. I will never for the rest of my life forget everything he told me. I'm crying now. He showed me someone walking down the street in a full chicken costume eating something, then showed me the floats of men and woman dancing half naked or just naked. Seeing the men dressed leather and the celebration of being who are. He told me, son look around here. You're lucky to be born in a city with such diversity. People have fought for centuries for their rights to believe in, or Free themselves. This is the outcome of struggling and fighting for your rights. You're my only child and I know you're special. This city celebrates every culture, religion and sexual identity. Whatever it is that you feel you want to be? You need to know that you're NOT ALONE. There are people JUST LIKE YOU, WAITING for you to find them and when you get older, you will, and I'll be right there for you, whoever you want to be, cause I'm your dad and you're my son and I love the Bups(my nickname).
    I love my father very much and I miss him. That is a man. That is a man that was able to talk to EVERYONE and without judgement.
    Your videos help creating more men like my father. So I appreciate you and thank you for taking our community forward in such a way to unite through humor and gay masculinity to be less threatening to the hetero male ego.
    Much love kiddo.
    This shit is funny AF😂

    I really like your content, but as a blind person, I need to let you know the text that you type on the screen I can't see it, so perhaps, if you could have synthetic speech to read it or if you could read it, then you would be fully assessable for a wider audience 0:06
