Once I get to TWRP to Install > !ReadyToFlash, I don't see it any files, in fact I don't see the !ReadyToFlash folder. Also, at the top it says that I have 0MB in my internal storage. Did I do something wrong?

My phone is recognized under adb devices and in device manager it is recognized as "android device." I followed the driver installs in the "full guide" part of the NRT. Any ideas?

Yes, you need to install a custom recovery and flash SuperSU with it, but you wont be able to receive Ota updates when your rooted or have a custom Recovery installed.
