No. Play Store applications are applications that run on smartphones with the Android Operating System. The Nintendo Switch runs on its own operating system, not Android.

My Nintendo Switch is too new to be able to load a HomeBrew firmware onto with currently (at time of posting) available methods, and the browser method here still worked.
There is a twenty-munite timer, though (it's usually hidden aside from certain main-screen pages), and you need an account of some kind to use dark mode for unknown reasons.
It's also much more limited than official browsers releases by Nintendo on their older consoles.
Honestly, if you can access TH-cam on a phone or computer, just use a browser on the phone or computer; it is much more robust.
The only reason I looked up how to do this was because other videos made it seemed like this was a secret Nintendo added to the Nintendo Switch.
It's not. Some group created a website that can be "dialed into" with DNS, and if accessed on Nintendo Switch, forces it to load their webpage, likely using the same proccess that opens the webpage-based online manuals and other such online content.
It's potentially dangerous if
a) The site gets attacked or hijacked and then altered in a way that injects undesired data into the Nintendo Switches accessing to browse the web.
2) They group stops using the website, but people keep connecting to the old DNS IP, and thus get exposed to a dead site, or worse - a site that has been bought up after it stopped being used for this purpose, potentially bought with the intention of messing up Nintendo Switches connecting to the DNS looking for the browser that use to be there.
