17's level 3 animation is pretty short. Makes me wonder if it's possible to extend a combo with Vegeta, Gotenks, or Piccolo assist, or any sort of combination of two assists.

I noticed at 2:00 mark, u have the first input at M, when its actually cM. Just reversed, but thought I let u know if u see this.
One interesting tech is with his 2-2S from high in the air can be comboed into a vegeta assist leaving them right in front of you for another light auto combo after a full extended string

Been waiting on this video since earlier. I need a good combo guide for this char to build off of if I'm going to use him effectively. I've got a team all lined up consisting of Krillin, Android 17 and Base Goku that I want to try out online and this'll really help.

I'm not sure if you know because I didn't see it in the video but his axle drive (l,l,l combos) can be mixed up. Can start with low then go overhead or which ever way you prefer

Yo dawg if you do 236LLLL it does less damage than if you do 236LMMM
also if you decide to use 5HH at then of one of your strings you can do 214MMM instead of 214LLLL for more damage as well

The combo at 1:41 doesn't seem to work, after the standing heavy the opponent travels too far for the qcf+M to reach sometimes, and if it does reach, they tech out as the qcf+M is about to connect
So, Accel and Finishing Driver can only be linked once, but an assist "resets" that counter so you can link after that. Sound right?
I dont think you need an assist
that one guy there's something that stops you from doing it repeatedly. accel->finishing or finishing->accel, but not again. one of the combos in the vid does accel driver to vegeta assist, then does finishing for 4 hits, right in to accel again. that can't be done without breaking it up somehow. i just don't know the rules of it.
@@mastermind6000 but at 2.37 he did accel -> finisher, but he did spend a bar on the shield to do it
that one guy right. but not a third time. (3:02) drivers are in there 3 times, but separated by an assist.

Is there any reason why the air "jump" combo extension after a L M L Down H is so inconsistent to continue? I can almost never connect the jumping L L mid screen.
(Ps this Is after the air "launcher" Down H + Homing dash)
In the corner I can get it 90% of the time. Do I need to be closer before starting the entire Down M string or need delays if some kind? Because I've tried everything.
I understand the air Auto combo is meant to track you up to the enemies height but it's just not happening.
After some testing it seems you have to be REALLY fast on the Down H. The test dummies that take it on 13 frames always get out of reach from the auto tracking. 11 frames seems to be the sweet spot. Meaning you gotta buffer it real fast. (for me at least)

Before you all start picking up 17
His blockstrings have gaps letting your opponent be able to escape the pressure. His overhead of his down foward or backwards abilities are airborn meaning it will be countered by a down heavy or DP his mixup game is great/weak meaning you will struggle in a high rank fight

down-forward. Same motion you do for supers.
Df forward is the crouch motion forward.
Look at the numpad on your keyboard.
if 5 is your standard analog position df would either be 1 or 3 depending on how you’re facing
