    It is inflation if you track price of rice, coffee, usd, and gold.
    Un regulated printing cash for domestic usage are normal for central economic bank.

      Ah low cost trip as a backpacker okay. If you're staying there like that for 5 days then maybe 3.5 Million Dong would be sufficient.
