Well, you were right!!! I have been tracking my calories doing OMAD and I'm eating 1400 to 1800 calories and I can have my loweish carb dessert :) I fasted 25 hours yesterday. I was hungry around noon and then not hungry again until I ate my roast at 9. I am checking my Temps, BP and HR through the day too. I won't do OMAD 7 days a week as I have found this slows my metabolism. But, most days... it feels really good for me.
