Troubleshooting the Moog Infinity Feeding Pump

I have a question about dispensing the formula. You mentioned intervals. So it is normal to not see milk coming out because it takes breaks and has a timing? Or did i misunderstood 🤔
My daughter's pump seems to not be dispensing milk. 8 hours later and the bag is still full.

I know this is 2 months ago but sometimes you have to hold down the on off, the run pause button
