One of my favorite holiday beverage is Sahlep, it's a warm drink similar to eggnog is it's thickness but definitely different flavor. It's made with orchids and is from Turkey.

It looks like a similar recipe to what I use, where you whip the egg whites and yolks separately with sugar, then fold the whites back in. So they’re not really chunks, just bits of egg white foam that haven’t been 100% mixed in. There’s also no acids added, so no curdling either. Just lovely luscious egg whites.
