I'd say Lexus, $1k profit within 2 days. The Focus, $2k- $4k in a weekish w/ work. The truck, quick $500 in days. The Rav4, quick $1k or/ $1k in paint and get between $2.5k - $3.5k profit. At least here in SD. GOOD LUCK, can't wait!

And what works for me is I buy the car as far under Blue Book value if there's a repair gnats going to go over Blue Book I sell it but the best part is 90% of the time it's the simplest fixes that make a car run horrible that cost barely any money to fix!!!!!don't get too invested in one vehicle and let it become a money pit because that sucks been there :( lol

Oh, this was such a great video!!! Very informative. I work on cars and I flip them sometimes. This dealer gave a lot of good information. Especially at the end when he compared the value of the old Lexus against the newer Ford. You need to do more videos such as this! Flipping stuff. Show people how to make money on the side!. You'll get a lot of views and subscribers, not to mention those juicy high paying ads that pay you so well. Keep up the good work.

@@TheThegreenpi look for people in your area that are selling cars, they most likely buy their cars from auctions like this one here. Try to build a relationship with one of them and ask if you could go with them to an auction, a lot of car flippers do it and they charge you a fee for each car you buy under their license 😉 👍 but don’t tell anyone I told you lol

15 year car veteran here, most of the sub 10k cars at dealer auctions right now are selling at or near retail. Please do not convince 100k more newbies to get a dealer license!
Yea the margins he talked about about, complete bogus. I wish I could make 1/2 of what they suggested they could make on each of those cars. That’s why they didn’t end up buying anything at an auction with thousands of cars.
I used to go to public auctions before I got into dealer auctions...i found out that the owners of the public auctions were in the dealer actions buying all the junk cars and selling them to naive people.

There a lot of Local Auctions around the US. just look online for the closest one to you :)
The auctions are where the dealers get rid of the trade ins they don't want- often with big problems not worth fixing.
