Crystal Cube Earrings Tutorial

- This tutorial will show you how to make crystal cube earrings to match the crystal cube necklace in the previous tutorial I made. A fancy necklace deserves a fancy set of earrings to match it! But of course, the earrings will look good as a stand alone piece too.

Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Gina. I will be using Miyuki 4mm cubes which of course are just shy of 4mm. Do you think it will be ok to use 11/0? I don't have 10's.
Oh yes, it will work just fine, these are very adaptable to different beads.

I just made this design - so pretty Gina.
One thing: as the top fringe didn't seem to lie straight on my first earring, I tried replacing the 6 inner 10s with 15s (either side of the round crystals) - I kept the outer two as 10s as they led up to the top and this seemed to look neater. Really great design though!
Heather, the top fringe does ruffle a little, using a 2x3 roundel instead of a 3mm round or just seed beads on top might straighten it up. I was going for a ruffled look. You could use just 15/os and picot them too. But they will ruffle otherwise. I kind of like the ruffle effect,t but if you don't, it will just take a little messing with it to get an effect you like. I am glad you like the design and hope you can make it work to your satisfaction. Thanks for watching and commenting!

That's the great thing about beading - you can experiment and be creative. Most theraputive! I made mine for a singer friend's 30th birthday to wear for concerts. Thanks for replying!
