  • Can we fix this old Allis Chalmers 7000 we got for free? Pretty rare to find an open station allis chalmers 7000 series tractor in general but even more rare to find one for free! Does it need repairs? Yes! Is it gonna cost a bunch to fix it? No! We fix it for just as much as we spent on it! Super excited to use it this year!

    A lot of the pto on those tractors had a duel shaft all in one you took the bolts out around the shaft and pulled the shaft end out and turned it around and put back in to change from 540/1000 those were a great idea thanks for sharing buddy hope you have a great Christmas

      I am enjoying it. I would like it better if it was a full power shift like our 8030 but it is still very nice. Better than a 2 speed power shift that was on the 180.

      I have 2 7000 tractors neither 1 wanted to start when cold. And the 1 smoked a lot when I put new injector tips in it. it starts much better in the cold and smoke is now gone and I have not hooked up the intake heater on it and the other is getting new tips in the spring after the change I got in power and response I think it is something you should consider if hard starting smoke or poor throttle response

    Hi! When I was farming along time ago we used Massey Ferguson tractors well we had a 180 MF and it was so easy to get in places almost the perfect tractor for a lot of things. Then dad got a wild idea of trading for a MF 1085 yes it was bigger we could use it for more things on the farm but I really missed that 180 it was so much easier to get into places but the other one worked out for us and we got used to it. Also later on on our farm time my uncle purchased a 7000 AC it had a cab on it but I think you are right about yours being turned up some his never sounded that good when you throttled up. It was a good tractor though you will be very happy with it. Have a Merry Christmas and great new year looking forward to your new year videos.

      Sounds like you were in the same position, I debated back and forth for a bit about moving to the 7000 but we don't really get into a lot of tight spaces thankfully and when we are in smaller spaces it is typically with the skid steer. Thanks for the feedback on whether it seemed to be turned up too! I was pretty confident it was too. Have a merry Christmas and a happy New year. Glad you are looking forward to some new videos with us. Don't forget to check out our previous videos too if you havent already.

    Hey I just saw in your website Joel Salatin going to visit your farm. $400 a ticket seems a little pricey for breakfast, farm tour , and to hear Joel speak about the same stuff you can hear on TH-cam for free! It's the only thing I hate about his "capitalism" description to justify charging so much. I hope only 3 people show up.
    By the way the price slash from $500 to $400 is total marketing bullshit like "look honey it's such a good deal!"

    • @FreedomFarmsMo
      @FreedomFarmsMo  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What are you talking about about??? We don't charge for farm tours at all and have never met Joel Salatin either. Plus we put everything on our TH-cam so it's free for folks to learn. Pretty sure you aren't on our website. Ours is www freedomfarmsmo.com

      It's an honest mistake, no problem. We are located in south central Missouri just south of Fort Leonard Wood. We are the only Freedom Farms that I am aware of that is veteran owned and operated. That is why ours is named freedom Farms, I am proud to have fought for this nation and our freedoms for the last 17.5 years in the Army and will continue to do so until I retire in about 2.5 more years.
