Sorry for the time to reply, but Thank you for commenting and buying the book! Regarding americas, not much info is published beyond the help.sap.com. If you have specific questions you can contact us via e-mail and depending on the country we might be able to provide you additional info!
It all depends on which processes the company uses and how close to standard settings from a configuration perspective. It can be something between 5 to 30(in case extensive developments are needed) mandays per country including tests, training and UAT.
