I love my greens Poke, Mustard, Turnups, Cabbage, Spinach, Collards, Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus, YUM This Texas sun is harsh on greens, make them tough or die. I keep them in part shade. Right now they don't like the Tx sun of 70 degs. and they don't like it below 30 degs. So i have to baby them. I try to grow Collards, my plants are a year old. They have never flowered. There about a foot tall. I picked off. ever 3rd big leaf. If i let them get to many leaves on them the bugs chews them up. Poke grow wild around here. But you have to pick it early spring. Wait to late and its tough.

My stocks got so heavy that they fell over, so I just did the support for them last night, but now I have no leaves to harvest. There are a few small ones toward the top

I used my left overs, of collards and brussel sprouts togather, juice and all. To finish off the meal with greens. IT WAS SURPRISINGING GOOD. Could taste each green, and it blended Excellent
