When you take your bread out of fridge, does it have to come up to temperature first; or it can go into oven cold?

This has inspired me to make soda bread, no there is not pop in there it just uses baking soda instead of yeast. Soda bread orginates from North America, but it was recreated in Ireland and it is most known for being Irish. It was originally made because it was cheap and everyone could make it. Wow, I know way too much about soda bread.

This is going to give you huge air bobbles. The sourdough starter does that, and when you add extra air, you'll have a very hollow inside.
Im actually in school for this right now.
