LAHPET-Pickled Tea Leaves

- Ingredients:
150gr brewed green tea leaves
2 cloves garlic
20gr red chili
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
sesame seeds (optional)
How to make:
1. Squeeze any excess liquid from the tea leaves
2. Put minced garlic, minced red chili, salt, soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil, and sesame seeds into the green tea, mix well
3. Store in a dry and clean jar, press it firmly, make sure there is no air gap
4. Pour oil, make sure all the tea leaves are submerged
5. Cover the container tightly, store in room temperature for 3 days

150gr daun teh hijau yang sudah diseduh
2 siung bawang putih
20gr cabe keriting merah
1 sdt garam
1 sdm kecap asin
2 sdm minyak
biji wijen (opsional)
1. Peras daun teh hingga kering
2. Masukkan bawang putih cincang, cabe keriting cincang, garam, kecap asin, 2 sdm minyak, biji wijen bersama daun teh, aduk rata
3. Masukkan ke wadah bersih dan kering, tekan hingga rapat, pastikan tidak ada celah udara
4. Tuang minyak hingga semua daun teh terendam
5. Tutup rapat, diamkan selama 3 hari di suhu ruang
