As with discomfort and stress, dissolve it through the whole body, the connection being through body, to the mind, by breath. That is the body can be seen, but the mind cannot, so they can connect with breathing ( Shi Heng Yi ). just a feeling, and thought with a sigh. Happy New Year everyone
@@WuDaoHamburg We should make that happen! If you had enough students interested, I would do a workshop there. I speak a bit of German. :-). Not that I could give the workshop in German...lol. But I lived in Munich Germany for a short while due to having received a Rotary Scholarship. I had to study and speak German enough to get around independently. That was a long time ago, but I think my German is still somewhere in my brain. 🙂
In the first demo, you are redirecting her force. You turned as much as she did. In the second demo, your student's arm was fully extended and had no futher to go. You would have to be the aggressor for something to transpire.
Thanks for commenting. Can you give me an idea of a video to make that will bring more clarity? I am not sure how to better illustrate that this technique works, so if you have an idea so you can understand it better or I can teach it better, I'm all ears! It is hard to convey the concept and the technique without the person watching really feeling it in their own body. I am trying to choose random people to illustrate it well.
