in the beginning the very first time we see her in that skull face, i thought she was just wearing a mask because it was so dark, but then again this is marvel, this is disney we’re talking about it can’t be just a mask, def was amazing realistic make up that we can finally see in later episodes
Every detail in this show is so meticulously crafted, and you can really tell in the final product. The storytelling is just phenomenal. And everyone in the costume department should be commended, because they created iconic looks for every character. I love it. This show is magical in every way. 🖤
I think people were fan casting her as Death for years because of her character from Parks and Rec. But then she came into this show with a completely different and bombastic personality with so much drama and so many outbursts. Really made the performance her own and stood out. But she did bring a little bit of the stoic nature and monotony people expected in the last episode while also conveying so much emotion in her eyes.
The costume work on this show is god tier. People can use this as examples of how much costuming can tell the story. I'm going to be pointing to this show and Daniel and his team for a long time as how to get costuming so, so right.
Some people mentioned that when he did the whole crown thing, but no one really connected it to the stab wound,p and blood, I only saw some people mentioning that he was maybe starting to wear red bc of Wanda
Wiccan's outfit is just purely stunning. I've never seen Joe Locke look so beautiful, feels like he was born to wear it. It's like seeing the character truly come to life 😭 and the idea of putting references to Wanda's runes and Vision's cape to make them be with him at all times got me in the feels a little bit, not gonna lie
Shoutout to the entire team who worked on this show. Even the attention to detail shows the talent of the team and the love they have for the characters and story!
So much love has gone into this show and it's so obvious from the writing, to the practical set, to the costumes, and the director's vision. This is absolutely 100% my favorite marvel show.
As a seamstress I'm soooo impressed by all the little details, the thoughts behind and the pure love in these costumes. And I love the insight here into the costumes! In the show you have to really squint because of the overall dark lighting on the road, but all the textures and details really do give live to characters.
The Skull Mask looks so amazing I am so glad they went with practical effects for most of this show (besides the obvious magickal energies that had to be digitally added)
I already listened to the awesome The Art of Costume episode with Daniel Selon on AAA but SEEING the details- some of the stuff not having been described in the podcast- I wanna cry. That is...insane craftsmen. The CREATIVITY. The birds turning into ruins on the inside of Agatha's coat??? Like idk if anyone even caught that while watching but now knowing it's there...I've loved that coat from the start but now- just remarkable. As well as Lilia's and Alice's and Rio's and EVERYONES. So so SO many kudos to the costume department y'all are LEGENDS.

Kudos to the team behind Agatha All Along. The show is so good, not much money like the other MCU film to begin with but come out with the most magical series ever.
The level of detail, down to the most minute idea, in this show is just ✨chef's kiss✨. It's like a delicious scavenger hunt for audiences, to try to find the clues and hints and put them together, especially if you're rewatching the episodes again and know what to look for, which is what I'm doing now. Such a clever, clever show. Best thing to come out of the MCU in ages.
It is totally awesome how they put all of this detail into the costumes that is really subtle and really connects to the backstory of the characters. I also love that there is all of this stuff that you don't notice the first time that you watch it. For example, I didn't realize that Teen's jacket turned red after he was injured. It is really clever because it makes it makes people want to watch it multiple times to catch all of the details.
This show only improves the more you pay attention to the details the crew's put on it. Amazing. My favorite side of Marvel is the one that this team creates.

Everyone involved on this project deserves MORE work, preferably in the MCU. This team knocked it out of the park! Dear Mr. Kevin Feige, we need a story on Alice coming back! The MCU has so few Asian heroes, please don’t keep Alice from us. She had such an amazing story and so much more to offer. Surely Wanda and Wiccan using their powers together are enough to warp reality enough to get her (And Mrs. Davis?) out of the underworld or whatever the official name is for the place Death takes the dead. Lilia had a great story too. Is she something like a phoenix? Did she resurrect, but in the past? We need more on this story. Thank you for an amazing series. I hope future series are on this level of quality.
I think my favorite was Jennifer’s I love the little embroidery images on it I didn’t even think of the necklace being a symbol of being bound I just thought it was a cool detail to have since her dress showed her chest and neck
These practical effects were so well done!! 🤩 Aubrey Plaza’s outfits and makeup as Rio/Death really stole the show 👏🏼 I can’t wait to see what project she pops up in next (Deadpool? Thanos variant? 👀)
This makes me feel insane in the best way. The costume and art departments put so much time and effort into these little details that the audience may never notice, but the love and care shines through regardless.
One of my top 3 best Marvel tv shows ever! I loved it and it has been so long since last time I enjoyed a series this much. My only compain was that the Agatha/Rio bond was not more explored in depth. I expected their backstory, to take a look at their past, to see how Agatha was actually capable of love and having a partner. We really wanted that part of her explored. Kathryn Hahn and Aubrey Plaza's chemistry was incredible but not used enough.
Hats off for the costume designer and his team. They did an amazing job. I've seen some attempts at earthy looking costumes in other projects and most never come close to feeling real. But Rio's/Death's clothes in the show are fantastic! In general, all the costumes are. The thought put behind them can be felt. And also: that superhero suit looks so good! It's so close to the comics while feeling appropriate for live action.
I am so glad that such artistry and attention to details went into the costumes and sets of this marvelous show ! Even if we, the viewers, dont get it 100%, it seeps into the actors performance. Great work honestly ! (coming with much love, from a fashion designer at Dior couture)
