The last 112 album with Mike and Slim was pretty dope! It has the nostalgic feeling when you hear it. Plus they did a few remixes that take you back to the 90s.
I agree but its what the industry bet on.. They know that if the singers and groups don't know the business of financing or any thing pertaining to their money transactions then they can finesse their way into stealing funds rather be a lil at a time or misbudgeting and spending unnecessarily.

With many of these '90s and 2000s groups getting back together and touring, it's time for these brothers to put their differences aside and hit the road again. I and many others would pay to see these brothers. I just went to a Stokely of Mint Condition concert earlier this year and Troop about a couple of years ago. I missed Jagged Edge this year because I had other things going on. The love people have for this music is stronger than ever right now. We will show up and support as our parents did for The Temptations and The O'Jays in their day.
I'm sorry, as a Gen Xer who loved listening to Jodeci, 112 was not the only boy band who ran the 90s. We had so many boy bands who ran the 90s like Jodeci, Dru Hill, Boyz 2 Men, Silk, H-Town, and the list goes on.

Cupid will ALWAYS be my favorite song by them, Classic for sure, & s/o to all the other 90’s boy bands that shared the limelight with them , all of them were talented 🙏🏽
@iriswood3744 exactly that's why I said they are r&b groups not boy bands....another thing with boy bands they're manufactured don't ha e to have amazing talent just need a look and the label will write songs that don't require vocal ability like that and then yall just dance ....R&B groups are something else entirely gotta be able to harmonize, produce, sing, someone gotta play a instrument, and someone in the group gotta write the songs etc etc

@@msladylibra8373Absolutely with all of the early hits they have they will always be loved for them. This will keep them with some form of cash flow coming in until they can make a new quality album for the true fans. They have the power to fix their situations if they really want to and ego's will have to be permanently put aside for any of it to work. The ball is in their court so I'd suggest they better start bouncing it or they are going to get bounced back into the ghetto where it all started and I don't want to see 112 go out like that.🙏
@@msladylibra8373 I agree they are much too talented, unique, and skillful singers to be having money problems. They can maintain wealth off of their 90's music catalog alone in all honesty. All they need are the tour dates that's it.👍😎👌

Boyz II Men were the number one r&b male group of the 90s. Jodeci would be second.
I just saw them this year 20241! They have reunited!
Are you serious??? All 4 of the original members??? I haven’t seen anything about them reuniting this year! I’d be so excited if they have though!😁
Owned the 90s? Jodeci had the 1990s in the strongest chokehold. 112 is up there but not like Jodeci. They’re the top dogs! Period. tony toni tone was lacing us, too! Mint Condition. I love 90s R&B ❤❤❤
💯🎯💯🎯👊🏾
I was such a huge 112 fan but ma’am they were doing the dang thang on the 90s much like so many others.
That’s an incorrect ! They were with producers Tim & Bob first in Dallas Austin camp
But you heard Q literally say that Dallas and the others passed on them, meaning signing them. But at 4:12 it shows that Tim & Bob primarily produced their first album, so not totally inaccurate.
@@Jeremiah_29Tim and Austin said something different. They said 112 was with them in their camp but Puff signed them quickly. Austin said that he wanted to get at Puff. I forgot why Austin didn't sign them before they got with Puff. But like you said, Q said something different...
I wanna know if all 4 members will be at the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival
Nope. They got different guys in thr group. All original 3 members are not together
New Edition was still making new music at the top of 90 And shortly turned into BBD. Not saying NE ran it neither, but it was a lot of really good groups out then.🤷🏿♂️
And they ended up all together again and made another album home Again Back in 96 😊
At the top of 90, New Edition was not making any music…
@@MrBean617They?
Had just had a successful tour
I thought Q was doing real estate. He was on Hgtv before flipping houses. Nice homes!
