For your workout consider being less all or nothing. Maybe halfway point stickers : 5,000 steps, some squats
It can be disheartening to look at it the way you have it set up now
haha I’m an all or nothing kind of girl 😉🫰🏼plus the years of planning has taught me to have grace for myself so if I’m not able to complete a goal or hit a milestone, it doesn’t bother me the way it used to but thank you for the idea!

Oh, the inserts are from Cloth and Paper, but unfortunately, they discontinued them 😵💫

I've always lived a more Spartan life after growing up moving a lot. My husband is more of a collector. My biggest hurdle is ordering takeout and snacks. It's something I'm working on.
