So many (?) vegan options! I remember once the chef at Taj West End made me a vegan pizza when I said the options at their buffet were a bit limited. And I suggested they lower the price for vegans 😂

Vietnamese eats lots of indian food and watch quite a bit of Bollywood for decades.
Quite a few Vietnamese are mixed with Indian. Some of my nieces are mixed with Indian here in the USA as well. There're 4 Vietnamese/Indian girls in our family now.

Out of Three lamb dishes first one was liver second one was lamb meat and third one magaz was brain . Also the colourful basket in chaat counter u saw was for basket or laccha tokri chaat from lucknow

& maybe the hidden gem restauraunts (there are plenty in nooks n corners of Indiranagar,Kormangla,HSR & Whitefield :)
Well well well seems I'll be doing a lot of eating and I'm all for it haha!
You should totally try the vegan & veg unique places like Sante spa restro,street storrys near indiranagar,there is so much to explore & eat in this vastly expanding city.& ufcourse truffles for the best food experience(it's hands down the best rated cafe with decent prices)
