VeryMadeleine Short Film: Self Portrait Series -🌷May🪻

Another month goes by, and this project just keeps coming more naturally and also in ways I didn’t expect it to! I think allowing the idea for the month to just appear in my day to day, takes off the pressure and also allows for some genuine creativity.
This month I took to nature a few times, walking through high park or in the back woods near my grandmothers house. It’s been so grounding and a great reminder of how good we can feel when some leafy greens and budding flowers are around. What a difference it makes!!
I like how some angles I used here of myself are maybe ones I wouldn’t generally use or think are flattering, but I pushed past a little discomfort and let myself see goodness in all sides of myself. That’s kind of the purpose of this project at the end of the day!
