Gotta admit, the test with falling grades was my favorite. I bet he didn't expect that one to actually be answered.😂😂 Enjoyed that you tested to achieve honest answers. Once again, facts that we can trust. Love all your videos ❤
Haven't consistently watched a minecraft youtuber in 8 years, but never stopped playing MC... and I've been binging this channel since last week. Excellent guides
In theory you can find a stronghold using 2 eyes of ender. Throw one and point you're cursor exactly in that direction. press f3 and take down the direction you are facing. Walk sideways a bunch of blocks, and repeat the process. You now know 2 coordinates, and 2 vectors, and can calculate the exact location of the stronghold.
I think the next update should be "The Retro update" where they go back and upgrade older structures and features to a newer standard of quality. Ie trapped tunnels beneath the Desert or Jungle Temples, maybe variants of the structures. We definitely need an update to the strongholds in some way possibly pointing us to which races may have built these structures.
The falling grades one had me rolling! I remember when Minecraft first came to Xbox 360, I was in year 8, spent many nights playing MC instead of studying! That was before creative and the hunger bar! Keep studying peeps I promise it will help in the long run, it made my High School days so much easier!
1:00, you can also use your newly acquired elytra, just position yourself between the two bedrock blocks and activate your elytra. Takes a lil practice but you can do it!
Your answer to the waterlogged pockets question was awesome. Honestly a kinda pointless question it’s a video game inventory but I love that you cared enough to put some thought behind it and actually made some lore that worked.
Thank you, first of all. Mine was the query in regards to Enchanting on the Full Moon, I never once, however embarrassing this might be, thought to use Creative Mode ... I always play in Survival, all of my experimentations in to the Full Moon in Survival , Normal difficulty.. Just the last few times in Hard difficulty. I'm continuing my research, not enough raw data for the likes of my taste. Or perhaps it is just luck after all ... :::Shrugs, smiles ::: Much Love from N'awlins Louisiana.
i don't like the test here. it's small sample and poor metrics, and is more focused on clock cycle than moon cycle. a proper test would be comparing a full moon to a new moon and half moons, not a full moon to daylight.
I’ve found that with strongholds, majority of them spawn underneath villages. So as you’re throwing your ender eyes, wander until you find a village then re throw :)
If 1.20 was just a big UI/ update where they add sorting item buttons and the rest of the other contsnt theyve promised over the years (like the mob votes and archeology and all that) I'd be pretty happy. Combat balance being included would be a plus too
@@KillertoastGaming The reason the bundle is exciting is because it's like a smaller, less effective version of the shulker- except you can get it much, much earlier in the game. The inventory management has reached a critical point in minecraft where we now have well over 600 unique items to obtain in-game, but a very limited amount of space to hold them in. Anything that allows for more space is a huge time-saver and very exciting as inventory management is basically the #1 core issue of the game currently
@@fatsumo It doesn't help that over time they've added more "filler" blocks that quickly fill up your inventory due to making new stacks. You ever think Minecraft will ad magic to the game? So far it’s only enchanting stuff and maybe potions, but there are no spells or elemental things you can do or hypnotize mobs to behave like a dog for example.
I doubt anything to that effect will ever happen, when asking if something will be added you have to consider game balance. Having the ability to nullify mobs might be too powerful, and, having two minecraft features that do the same thing, i.e. tamed wolves and tamed zombies, tnt and tamed creepers is almost never something minecraft does
I think magic might come alongside a new dimension, yeah. We've been teased several mobs who either didnt get voted in or fully implemented into the game that use magic, some existing mobs use magic, and the player already has some semblance of magic with enchantments, potions, lodestones and otherwise. I dont think we'll ever be hypnotizing mobs, but something like a wand may be plausible in the future. Who knows!
Mojang likely considers enchanting as a "magic mechanic" that is already in the game but I wouldn't be surprised if something more interesting was added surrounding that in future updates
1:10 my headcanon is that a player's building and inventory mechanics are a type of magic, where they can manipulate and store matter within their bodies/souls. Villagers and Illagers have to rely on real-world building methods, and thats why you dont see any of them place solid cubic meters of material in 1/20th of a second.
15:21 Conclusive evidence that grades do indeed drop the fastest during an update. I learned so much. XD Thank you for delivering such wonderful messages to kids.
I found out the channeling Trident thing the hard way... Although it doesn't destroy ALL the items. Netherite Items are still safe and sound from it, as said hard way did keep my pickaxe safe
For the Knockback Enchantment, I would only recommend it if you are a new player and are struggling to fight Creepers in melee (or multiple mobs at once). If you are an experienced player, Knockback just makes you have to chase down the mob to land more attacks, making it less inconvenient and more time consuming.
For enchantments, it mostly has to do with the ore the tool or armor it's made out of. Before netherite gold stuff had the highest enchantment level, so you had a higher chance of getting max enchantments on gold stuff. Now with netherite it works the same as gold, it has a higher chance of max enchantments. If you want efficiency when it comes to enchantments, don't enchant anything you have unless it's netherite or gold. Even if you have diamond armor or tools, go into the nether and get some netherite and make your diamond stuff into netherite. Most efficient way to do it.
I got a few worlds where i practice certain pieces like for my peaceful world, i just learn the basics of the basics. I got a genocide run going in another world where i just play with enchantments and whatever else till I get an idea of what actually combines. My Test world has an obsidian home base with a TNT launcher to clear the inside and the other room just with mob spawners just to see how touch each mob is. The Warden is just a beast. Not worth fighting unless it is for brownie points just to do it. I found a horde of Zoglins will definitely keep the Warden from protecting itself. My main world, I finally found a second home next to the sand biome and Acacia biome. So I am building a new place. Got minecart tracks going to the next base. Terraforming the lands at the moment. Building a new sand home with a giant tree as my main home coming out of it. My first time making a full build and redoing the villagers homes when I get the chance
I recently started watching this channel and thanks so much, all your vids are extremely helpful!! And how tf is your voice so pleasant and relaxing..?
what i do to find a stronghold is i copy my world go in creative then use the command locate stronghold then it tells me the co-ordinate’s and i write them down then i go back on my survival world and find the closest village to them co-ordinates cuz on bedrock villages for some reason always spawn above strongholds for me and then if i wanna find another one cuz the first one doesn’t have a library, i do the same trick again
Question for future video, do you think that we will ever get a wolf revamp, be it in 1.20 or later, as I feel like different Dog designs would be great as cats got a whole update versus dogs just being there like 🗿
it would be cool if dogs served another purpose other than decorate your base and get killed by creepers. you could train them to do some stuff like finding items, attacking, defending, fleeing, going where you point to and they could also have armor
Question: How do you get the best enchantments for your items? Do you just hope for the best in the enchanting table? Do you primarily use villager trades, or do you fish for the enchanted books? Combination of some sort? I’m struggling to find enough Mending spells!
Get the table to the highest level, then check the enchantments, if you dont like the 3rd grade enchantment, enchant anything else at level 1 so you spend only 1 eco level, then check again, they always swap this way, you can use a sharpening stone to disenchant the tool you use to swap enchantments
On enchanting, in Java each player's UUID is parsed with current number of levels and how many lapis you are using. So it is possible to know what you are getting.
My Allays followed me into the nether and ghast blew them up. Allays I had tied up to a fence post found their way into the nether and remained there. Nice to know throwing items around the portal will help get those out
It's written on the wiki, there's a trick to elytra with different angle other than 45 degrees. Fly -30 degrees (upward) about 4 seconds, then 35-40 degrees (downward) for 7 seconds, repeat. You will notice you end up higher than the previous cycle.
A lifehack when in the end and searching for a portal to the main island is to toggle the brightnes down. The portal emits light that will be easier to see.
Each protection level gives you 4% damage reduction So a piece of armor with Prot IV gives you 4x4=16% damage reduction If you have 4 pieces with Prot IV you get 4x16=64% damage reduction Fire, Projectile and Blast Prot on the other hand give you 8% damage reduction, but only in their field of damage (for example Fire Prot only protect from Fire (lol), lava, campfire (I believe ?) Enchanting before you turn a tool into netherite is a bad idea if you dont need it right away. Netherite tools armor and weapon have a higher enchanting value, so the chance of getting maxes 2-3 enchants is way higher

For finding strongholds easily, on bedrock edition, they tend to spawn under villages. Doesn't apply to java, though.
3 of all bedrock edition strongholds spawn under villages, and they tend to be the closest to spawn.
Yes I've heard about that one, definitely a good idea if on bedrock!
On java you still do have a higher chance of finding one under a village, just not as high of a chance as bedrock
Yes I have three worlds every has stronghold under a village
After you find a stronghold without eyes of ender, what do you do with it ?
In theory you can find a stronghold using 2 eyes of ender. Throw one and point you're cursor exactly in that direction. press f3 and take down the direction you are facing.
