Mao, I appreciate your kindness, and thank you for making me smile. At 3:55, auntie told you about flour: Msao mee is wheat flour. Tapioca starch is Msao chha, the one that your mom used to thicken sauce or gravy.
Note: white bread made from "bleached wheat flour"; The one we called wheat bread is made from "whole wheat flour", that's not been bleached.
