I thought about going down to the spot where you could get a great shot of the train crossing the bridge over the water itself, but didn't want to get poison ivy hiking down there. :) Thanks for the compliment!
Having said that, it was a great video - especially the shot under the bridge where the Geep rev's her engine and gets started. Nothing in the world beats the sound of a turbocharged 645.
Vandals flipped it over about 3 years ago with a bulldozer and were planning on cutting it up bit by bit every night for money until the NHIR caught them and had them arrested for damaging railroad property, which is a federal offence.
so thats what happened, wow i thought it was just some teenagers that pushed it over, but for scrap metal, thats sketchy business... that car will never see better times again i can tell you that... poor old RDG 1542
Thanks! The NH&I deserve all the credit for putting this together...

Very happy I came out! We should do that again this summer...
You'll get more pretty soon! Thanks!

Great Video Jim!
Man...A tamper would work wonders.
I guess a property owner didn't like it sitting there...
Was weird for me to see that...
Awesome vid
I like the car on its side
