If you are from caloocan specifically near the San roque church, the number 1 restaurant for me would be tonglao. Best butter chicken, delicious pancit, the most amazing shanghai that I have ever tasted. Shame they left around 2018 I think. 😢😢😢😢😢😢

They're trying to promote their business but keep forgetting the main factor that would lure customers. Caloocan is big. You can reach novaliches and it's still Caloocan. Where's this in Caloocan?
i normally use google if they are unable to.prive the address or sometimes look at it in facebook as mostly have their facebook page...just be resourceful, dont rely on the vlog only. a lot of way to search places now a day 😊
