Maybe this will get across what I'm trying to say, this is a start up video of the A-10C. You see now why there is less variety in DCS world, this kind of attention to detail takes time but it is most definitely worth it. watch?v=a4VuDetuPmA&list=WL225F1471F8B13730
considering all the add-ons fsx has and the number of cities and countries, not to mention all the community based mods, fsx is an extremely deep pool to dive into. I would beleive you if you said it has a better graphics engine or gameplay but its unlikely it will ever be as big as fsx is content wise.
I don't disagree with FSX having more content, but that is a non issue. You said 10-14yr olds play 'games' like DCS. I was simply pointing out that DCS is far more in depth than FSX, the average adult wouldn't have a clue what to do without reading the manual never mind a child. Also, DCS world is now open to third party developers and we are starting to see much more content poping up, the Huey being the latest. And there is new scenery and a new engine on the way. DCS looks to be the future.
DCS is more in depth than any FSX addon will ever be. I think you must have it on game mode if you believe it is for the 10-14yrs age group... that or you are basing these opinions on Flaming cliffs rather than actual DCS modules.
In case you are wondering...this is not the correct start procedure for the T-45C
What is it then bighead
One ofnthe better tutorials I've seen. Thank you ☺

I dont see how a 10-14 year old would have the skill for this, as that age tends to play games like dcs
It definitely depends on the person. I started flying real aircraft at 15, and was doing plenty of other things between the age of 10-14.
Jokes on you i started flying the DCS F-18 when i was 12👉😎👉
