As a fellow Canadian and quite the hobbyist this is the best thing I’ve ever seen every man needs this and damn proud to see your the guy doing it hahah so this will hook up to hypertherm xp45 ? I’m very much intersted I just seen this on grindhard plumbing and had to check it out

How did you locate the center of the pulley?
I 3D printed a little cone that fit in the hole and lowered the torch down on it to pick up 0.0

I thought you could just trace out the part with no need for cad?
you can, he's just showing that you can still design in cad as well.
