I am super late to this, but you can move buildings and delete buildings, although the latter has some limitations. For destroying, you can't destroy houses or buildings that you have only one of. That's because a lot of things unlock and change when you place a new type of building for the first time and deleting the building would break things like the quest system. You can delete a second or third building of the same type, so if you decided you didn't want 3 cooks you could demolish one or two of them, but you'd have to keep at least one of them. Any building can be picked up and moved with alt-Right click.
Are there any other games besides elder scrolls that chose to make orcs a (mostly) civilized race? Seems these ones are like most of their other kin and are barely organized enough to wield weapons and pillage.
