We were on the edge of our seats when we first saw this short. So happy to give it a second life. Choreographing a fight scene is harder than it looks!
Choreography perfect, intense. They must have practiced for a while on that! Wow. I hope this is proof of concept. I would love to see more! Full feature? YES!
Для любительского фильма драка снята просто великолепно! И в целом концепция интересная. For an amateur film, the fight was filmed simply superbly! Overall the concept is interesting.
Really good! Loved the fight scene and the bit of sci-fi. Now, I want the rest of the film when we discover that there were not the good guys and with her powers were planning to murd3r someone and the bald guy was trying to prevent that
Exceptionally fine short. As many others have noted: wonderful fight scene! Five parts JohnWick, five parts WilliamGibson. Did the GoodGuys get away, or was it TheBaddies? Nice ambiguity there!!
One of the most intense fight scenes I've seen and it wasn't just a pointless "cool" fight for the sake of a fight scene. It was a powerful fight to the death build up to the final twist which just topped the whole 5 minutes off perfectly.
Very good fight scene even hollyweird cannot pull off, but if you hit any man in their groin, they will not keep fighting like he did here. Should have left that part out.
95% action, 4% story, 1% sci-fi. The fighting scene was technically sublime, but simply too long for me to keep me interested. The bottle exploding on the head was incredibly well done, though.
I had one problem with the fight scene, when the guy in white shirt is thrown back into the drug stand at 2:08 and the girl passes the camera going left at 2:09, yet at 2:10 she's in the chair again. At 2:12 we see her right shoulder and she's upright, at 2:58 she's leaning forward but starting to sit upright again then we see her action shot. I enjoyed the video but tighten up the editing please.
the sci-fi is the tether power that she has control the bad guy to shoot hinself. there's a hint that she actually has to die herself along with him and then she's revived
Another great piece of Independent sci-fi ruined by all the 'DUST' voiceovers, branding, watermarking, and merchandising cross-fades. TH-cam is a free-to-all platform and DUST therefore add nothing in aggregating such artworks -- they do, however, tarnish every one of them with their advertising and monetising nags. Others are able to release straight to TH-cam, and all Indie film-makers should do likewise (until such time as DUST move their viewer-marketing to a point before the film starts): the DUST platform soils your art and diminishes the viewing experience for all.
Agreed. I wish for gosh sakes these video producers would get people on their team to write a decent story and script. A beginning, a middle and an end. Miss anyone of those three and you have folks scratching their heads.
I'm sorry but the fight scene is very poor. Lack of punch, looks super fake. Sure I can see the will to do good, the "complexity" of the moves, but it feels totally fake. And the fake drink sequence already put me off even before, the "guardian" barely drinks his whiskey like glass, this totally breaks immersion imo. Looks fake from start. Bad setup. Only good think is the girl "ability" which is unexpected, good point for her and the idea there, the rest is very sub-par. I've seen much better "dust" shorts film than this one... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The fight was wonderfully choreographed.
Amazingly choreographed fight scene! And great short!

Some fx were backwards! Smart !
One of the best fight scenes ever, from anywhere!
Clean n clear n powerful.
Don't we all love a happy ending?!? That was a great fight scene, the heart of a very good short film. Thank you.
I did not see that coming. Truly spectacular.
Power of mind against power of muscles...👏👏👏
Well now, that was an intense scene right before bedtime.
Wow, fantastic fight scene, and the twist is superb . . . without a doubt, I want to know more!
Choreography perfect, intense. They must have practiced for a while on that! Wow. I hope this is proof of concept. I would love to see more! Full feature? YES!
I bet the actors are actually dancers... that can be the only explanation...
Less dancers than MMA practitioners, I should think.
Full story in five minutes. I always feel as if iI've watched a two hour movie after I've watched a short as good as this.
Really liked that. Was like I caught a movie on TV in the middle and had to figure it out.
Excellent short! Thanks! Have a great weekend!
I’m glad this was put on Throwback. It has always been one of favourites.
Для любительского фильма драка снята просто великолепно! И в целом концепция интересная.

Nice job and who ever did the makeup effects did a fantastic job! Just loved the knees and shoulder.
Great action scene. Very well choreographed. Kudos!
I need more content.
Brilliantly directed action scene. Intense soundtrack. The story left me wanting to know more.
End was terrific 👍
I enjoy all of your posts. This one stands out for me.
Wooooo Capet burn...... Come on we seen it..... 🤜🇬🇧😁🤟
THAT was BLOODY FANTASTIC!
Best fight scene ever.
Very, very nice. Remarkable choreography, strong introduction.
Fantastic scene! Now we need the rest of the movie...
Well done for a short, rare thing a n amateurs movie got so well made fighting scenes👍👍
Wow! Outstanding film!
Thank you for making and posting this…you have serious talent!
Really good! Loved the fight scene and the bit of sci-fi. Now, I want the rest of the film when we discover that there were not the good guys and with her powers were planning to murd3r someone and the bald guy was trying to prevent that
410 👍's up DUST thank you for sharing 🤗
Good film. Excellent fight photography and choreography.
That fight seen was unexpected. Damn fine job.
WOW!!!! excellent short. Too bad it's short
i love a film with zero dialogue that doesn't need it
Exceptionally fine short. As many others have noted: wonderful fight scene! Five parts JohnWick, five parts WilliamGibson. Did the GoodGuys get away, or was it TheBaddies? Nice ambiguity there!!
Awesome 😊 thank you!
Ok. We need a sequel.
Bugger that! We need the rest of the movie that this scene comes from!

Great fight scene 💪
Great short…thank you…👍🏻
The fight scene is perfect. It is better than the most famous films' fight scenes.
Excellent writing. The twist was perfect.
DUST is the best!
Pacing was a little slow....😉 Seriously, a fantastic slice of action with a cool story twist.
Nice to have a sci-fi movie without cyborgs, AI, spaceships or the other current scientism obsessions. Well done,
Well done, excellent job by everyone.💯
More, please 🎉
Superb short!
Yes...
The 'Fight Scene' was
choreographed perfectly!
Intense!

That was a good one.
Mila contre la désinformation et la manipulation ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Good fight sequence which is the only reason this short was made
God this short is so old, I think it was the first short I watched on Dust
Bravo! 👏
*LOVE* this - *perfection*
Great fight sequence, by no means realistic but I enjoyed it.
The guy in the white had the advantage. He had the girl as leverage. Why'd he even try to fight that guy?
I had one problem with the fight scene, when the guy in white shirt is thrown back into the drug stand at 2:08 and the girl passes the camera going left at 2:09, yet at 2:10 she's in the chair again. Goosebump
OK, 5 minutes of action and 2 seconds of Sci-Fi... :)
Do Acid fantasy Sci-fi short film starring Sheila Ball with director by Lorenzo Lanzillotti 🙏🏾
When he slapped her, that was personal 😲
Corto pero intenso, Guau!
Well good morning now
The choreographed fight scene stood out for me. Interesting story.
Any plans to elaborate on the premise? It's a very interesting idea.
Very cool
Dope!
when was it originally released or when was it filmed.
nice film
So many questions.
wow wee.....
Throwing this one back to you. No Sci in this Fi.
the sci-fi is the tether power that she has control the bad guy to shoot hinself. there's a hint that she actually has to die herself along with him and then she's revived
@@DarionDAnjou But there's no lazers going "pew, pew" or aliens going "take me to your leader".
So no sci fi. 🙄
Did it NEED the Slap scene? Anyone could see he had already abused her😢
Violence creates more violence....
Andrew Tate was bad guy 😂
I was wondering the same thing lol. It's not actually him tho, is it?
@@ej2796 no
What's the name of the movie?
Lmao. Dude has a gun. And can’t hit his shot? But we’re supposed to believe he’s skilled ?? Insulting to my intelligence
Wo.

Nah. Lot's of choreography, no real story.
Agreed. I wish for gosh sakes these video producers would get people on their team to write a decent story and script. A beginning, a middle and an end. Miss anyone of those three and you have folks scratching their heads.
WTH
pffff
NOT what I expect or want from DUST. NOT Sci-FI at all.
I'm sorry but the fight scene is very poor. Lack of punch, looks super fake.

Sorry the first minute or two are sickening. Is this to justify genocide currently in full gallop?
