This purple dream is Eurovision winning material - not only because a ballad will absolutely stand out at Eurovision this year, but also because it represents the spirit of its country in a way that makes me shiver in front of this mesmerizing beauty!💜🪻🇷🇸 I do understand the profound meaning because I am half Croatian, but even if we don't look at borders and nations, "Ramonda" is a haunting mélange of velvety melancholia, spectral grace and deepest emotions! And there couldn't be a more suitable voice to share this multi-layered message with the entire world: Teya Dora is not only a heartwarming human being and exceptionally gifted artist, but has the ability to seduce the masses with a voice out of this world. Vocals and songs don't always need to be loud and sharp to cast a spell over the universe, and in this case a dark lullaby is predestined to make this world a better place. Ramonda only needs one drop of water to rise from the dead - and if we look at the current state of our world, a sweet masterpiece like this has never been more necessary than now. Like the flower itself, "Ramonda" grows and grows and grows with every single listen, its putting me in a trance at night and day, and I'm already sure that Teya's magic will heal all the suffering in the world in May. This entry fulfills me on the deepest possible level and it speaks to my soul as if it was born within me!💜🪻✨️🌙
@@Kostis_ESC cool! Than we have conection! Many serbian soldiers died on Corfu island in WWI. In Serbia, we call it "Blue tomb". But, in the end, we survive and won. So, this song is a perfect massage for all good people in the world today, that hope, love, peace and fight for this values will win in this terrible times.
Ramonda grows only in the mountain, that's why all rocks are around her and she has been waiting for Ramonda rising up from the ashes.. And that's why her outfit is gray, in the colour of the rocks, stone... 💜🌸☮️
Best Serbian entry since Molitva for me, and Molitva is one of my favorite songs in Eurovision ever, so that says a lot how much I love this song. Last time I liked Serbia's entry was in 2019.
Totally Loreen vibes! I felt it too. It's not a copy, just the vibes. The lyrics are very emotional and quite deep for a pop song. For all the lost loved ones, there's always a hope that never dies. With her presentation I get goosebumps. Thanks Kostis, we meet again after last year. Greetings from Belgrade.
I'm really enjoying you reaction! Thank you very much 💜 and I also think we choose well, everything about this whole package is somehow majestic, out of the world, divine but yet down to the earth. Complex but simple. I'm waiting for the Eurovision so much now !!! Greetings from Serbia 🔥
The chorus, with its repeated refrain of "Lila ramonda," serves as a symbolic anchor in the song. The lila ramonda flower, known for its resilience and ability to bloom even in harsh conditions, represents hope and renewal amidst darkness and despair. The narrator's repeated question of "Gde su nestale lila ramonde?" (Where have the lila ramondas disappeared?) reflects their search for answers and guidance in a world that feels devoid of light and comfort.
The song 🎵 & flower 🌸🌸🌸 metaphorically describes suffering of Serbian nation. They suffered 5 centuries under Turkish occupation and managed to survive and save their identity. In WW1 1/3 of the population and 60% of male population was murdered by Bulgarian, German and Austrian army...and they didn't announce a capitulation but the nation, led by the king went in an exile via hostile Albanian mountains. After all the suffering between 1914-1918, they returned back victorious and liberated all southern Slavic nations (Serbs, Croats, Slovenians, Macedonians) and created a South Slavic land (Yugoslavia). Another genocide happened during WW2, more than 1 million Serbian people were brutally murdered in genocide, especially in the Jasenovac concentration camp 😪😪😪 Ramonda flower 🌸🌸🌸 symbolically describes Serbian nation ... they love freedom and will resist any Hegemon 🕊✌️ 🕊
WW1. The rock at the beginning symbolizes the island of Corfu where the Serbs retreated, where the skeletons of deceased comrades are still in the sea called the blue tomb. The purple dots going up symbolize the departed souls of the soldiers who gave their lives for the gates going to heaven. Those who recovered returned to the war and liberated Serbia, and thus their return was called the attack of the living dead for the Nazis. The song symbolizes, in addition to Serbia, the situation in the world, that one should not lose hope and that in the end, good always rises and defeats evil, both in the person and in the world. Ramonda is like a phoenix flower in each of us, that piece of the soul that tells us through intuition when something is not good or when we are in trouble and that tranquility when we are at peace. The yellow light that spreads on the floor represents the chaos and destruction that spreads in a moment so that no one can react in time and prevent the chaos. Like a wave of dust, the destruction destroys everything in front of it where at that moment she asks where Lila Ramonda has gone. We don't know what we have until we lose. The thunderbolts symbolize our internal struggles that we lead with ourselves in making the right decisions, and shes faltering is actually our inner question of whether we have made the right decision, as if we are treading on the edge of a knife through life.
It is all about history... WW1, Serbian army suffering during retreat through Albania, Corfu, death, "blue tomb" (buried at sea), rebirth and hope... victory... all in the one song and the flower.
" Odvratno "???

The song also references Greece... the island in the music video symbolizes Corfu. A message of being anti war and of peace. Much love
