hey. in the ICE 3M or the ICE 3, doesn't matter what one, there is an lzb switch located near the battery on switch.
you know that circuit board where in the tutorial it tells you to hold down the battery switch in ON position? the LZB is just above it to the left as well as SiFa and PZB.
if you don't know where this cabinet thing im talking about is, let's say you just opened the door to the cabin. if you look to the right side, and then down, it's there. its along the wall where the coupling controls, parking brake controls and lounge controls etc are located, but this cabinet is near the window that separates the cabin and the passengers.
if this is confusing just let me know, or i can link you to a youtube video if I can find one.

Am i the only one using manual throttle and brakes only and nothing else to go through all these scenarios??
I like trains but i dont know much about them so i use throttle to speed up and brakes when slow down or stop signals come up on the screen.
I see you using all these switches and moving levers up and down have no idea what u r doing lol 🤣

At the very least, LZB is vital here as there is no way anyone can react to advanced caution aspect (not even HUD) beyond 160 km/h in time. To summarize:
      • SiFa - deadman switch. Ensures the driver is still alive. Requires releasing the SiFa pedal (pressing Q) occasionally.
      • Punktförmige Zugbeeinflussung (PZB) - Ensures the train is driven correctly in accordance to signal aspects and speed limits. Even when correctly pressing buttons, driving the train improperly (overspeed, pass signal at danger, etc.) will still activate the emergency brakes. More details at any German route manuals.
•Linienzugbeeinflussung (LZB) - In-cab signaling. Provides information to speed limit reduction as far as 9.9 km away. Distance to limit is the yellow bar (and four-digit yellow numbers) between the two analogue gauges, upcoming speed limit is the yellow numbers in the speedometer, actual speed limit is the red triangle moving at the circumference of the speedometer. With AFB* turned on, train is almost fully autonomous.
*AFB - cruise control of some sorts. Sets the maximum speed the train is allowed to maintain. Automatically applies brakes as needed. Applies power as much as the throttle allows. Examples:
      • MAX: allow AFB full power available to maintain speed.
      • 50%: only allow up to 50% power to speed up.
      • Off: no power at all.
When LZB active, train will follow either the speed limit or AFB setting, whichever is lower.

You broke a signal speed restriction of 120km/h at 4:49. The flashing green signal at 4:05 told you to expect a reduction from line speed at the next signal.

Thank you for the information. I will keep that in mind next time. We rarely get the in-depth info related to speed limits and signals through manual or tutorial.

Well this did help me out, I wasn't understanding why the train was engaging emergency brakes thou I was acknowledging LZB and sifa alerts. Also may I know if 8GB RAM cause I have a GTX 1650 and its giving me no more than 25fps on medium 900p preset.

Well it won't go any high for this dlc because I have 16 gb ram and gtx 1060 and even on medium preset on 720p it won't go above 28 fps
