yes will speak more on this maybe on a next trip!!
I think it's pretty easy to navigate as many countries are English friendly :) but I also try to pick up a couple phrases wherever I visit!

yesss I love a grwm!! for trips with friends I always use splitwise it's a great way to keep track of everything and really easy to use :)

We use Notes and write down all the planning there, and for finances we use split wise!
