"The former Australian Prime Minister Gareth Evans"? Evans was Australian foreign Minister for some time and made something of an impact, with some considerable achievements (Cambodia) and terrible mistakes (East TImor). But he never got to be PM although would have loved the job. Chomsky is great, but I guess everyone can make mistakes.

They bring troubles more but protect themselves, without thinking about how the world community society living. Everything the USA 🇺🇸 governances is theirs expecting elusive by propaganda and wars crimes and endless destruction. It’s that way of leaving UN mission to solving problems and then going on next destruction. It’s the breaking point of thoughts in their sovereignty threatens of Weapons escalating leaving the INF. How’s dangers. We hopefully for the future of compromising togetherness for the USA universal rules. Please think ahead the World 🌎 overall not just yours .
