You shouldn't quit the game just for not getting an S skin, unless you had gotten tired of the game. You may get lucky one day unexpectedly! I've been playing this game for almost three years too now and I got my first S Limited from essence on December she I had no hope... It will happen so suddenly you won't even notice!
