The best part about them is what you hear on CD is what you hear when they perform live, no BS filler you can't reproduce in real life.

ryderup I saw these guys live in October on a cold Wednesday in Jacksonville FL... Though the basic elements of the album versions were there, I thought the live performance really added to repeat listening of the albums. They have incredible musicianship. The songs came a live and were excellent. These guys can really can bring it in front of a live audience.
So much so that Caleb wiping his brow in verse one was a visual disruption that had negligible impact on the audio experience.
The guys always have me over-thinking what growing up was really like for the brothers and their cousin by Caleb’s emotive lyrics backed by crisp musicianship live and recorded.

The singer plays an early 70's Gibson ES325 and Matthew is playing a Fender Telecaster, not sure if it's an actual vintage one or a customshop one cause I've seen him play both actual old guitars and 'new' guitars made to look like old guitars.
