Words can't describe how much Christmas means to me. I'm someone who have never had those big Christmas celebrations or had any gifts on Christmas. Still, it's my favourite time of the year. I can imagine myself sitting rigt next to a fireplace on the wooden floor of a cozy dark room with just small lightings. I would see the heavy snowfall outside through my window. My ears yearn to hear the sound of the jingling bells. The decorated Christmas tree filled with lights and other decorations lifts my mood. The cloudy atmosphere outside and the dark ambient environment is both melancholic and blissful to me. It's something I want to experience in my real life someday. Honestly, this is what comes to my head whenever I think of Christmas. I just want these fine thoughts to be happening to me irl. I just can't describe that feeling of mine. Idk if anyone would think the same way or not. But I can assure that it's the finest time of the year. If you are going through a tough time rn, I just want to tell you that you can overcome it. When sorrow takes the control of your mind, just think of those days when you would wait for Santa to bring you gifts. Think of the days when you and your buddies make snowmans even though it's snowing heavily, and remember the cozy home you spended the Christmas time with your family. There is someone who deeply loves and cares about you. This song just takes me to an imaginary world of mine. I lost my sister this year and last year we burried my father, so this Christmas I only have my mom left, who is 84 years old, and I am ever so grateful, that I still have her...! My mom and me are trying to come to terms with the loss of our other family members now, and especially the loss of my sister. She got sick and died within only 19 days. She was completely healthy before that. We are still in shock. Just know, that you are not alone with that pain. There are more of us out there, than you know. Take care, and stay healthy!
