I love the privacy and her yard with the walls and tree with the waterfall. Divine. Her home to me has more feeling than his and has plenty of cool features for me. I even like her kitchen better. I love the way the house was built on the property to give good views to the best rooms as well. It's still a drive to the beach so that's why I love Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica but I'm not famous so therefore privacy wouldn't be needed as much as it is for them. For that type of money i would want the beach view or even the mountain view because I did live in Topanga once and it was very private with great views.
