Tony has really stepped up and become one of the better guitar tutors on the internet.

Tony, please remember not all of us have large enough hands to be able to bring our thumb over the neck, I’m sure there are many guitar players like myself who feel they could improve their playing if they could. Thank you for the videos, you have provided many great ideas for us, may it long continue.

Ah sorry mate! You know I did plan on giving an alternative which is instead to use your index finger keeping your other fingers on the b and e but forgot 😂
Anyways appreciate the support my friend

I guess we won't be getting the lesson on doing barre chords with your thumb Ritchie Haven's style then. That dude had some monster hands.

This video is super awesome for beginners. It would have been invaluable to me had i seen a video like this 15 years ago.

Hey Tony, great vid. Thank you. Do you have any videos on expanding your improv vocabulary? I liked in your masterclass when you’ve shown the pentatonic scales you’re using and then demonstrate how you use them with different licks and transitions. Would also love to see a video like “how to improv on the pentatonic scale like John frusciante or Peter green” that would be great to get your style video on those. Cheers mate

Good stuff. Just sitting and playing and not going anywhere just see how it comes. Took me a long time to allow it to just open up. All the best Keith

Thanks, Keith! Sometimes the best moments come from just letting the music flow naturally.
