If their rentals is to milk people then they deserve to deserted, Old Mutual and Anglo America they exist to milk the poor and resources therefore they must suffer. infacts the prices of properties inZimbabwe is crazy and something must be done, some properties like houses are old rotten but prices are crazy on rentals and sale. Choppies has been holding on on tht space for a very long time.They aint going anywhwere.Pick n Pay pulled out and saw the opportunity at Aspindale .Seems like Old Mutual doesnt care abt gettin the rent at all.They are just happy to say they have a lot of assets allover the country
