Hello @AJThePlayer, thank you for your comprehensive review. 👏We appreciate it and we're always interested in hearing what people think about the ENYAQ iV.💚
Pretty much all your issues with the boot are solved by one of the upgrades - it adds an additional floor to the boot space which can be adjusted to get rid of the load lip and the step up on the back of the seats. It also has a frame underneath for storing the parcel blind.
Lots of specification is shown in the manual but they are not all standard. I have an Enyaq and can assure you there is no dedicated place for the boot cover under the floor. There is only a flap near the back which covers the well with the charging cable.
A very comprehensive and interesting review. The difference between the 60 & 80 versions is around £7k, taking into account the UK Govt. Grant on sub £35k EVs. So the extra range does come at a considerable cost and one reason have opted for the IV60! The £300 remote release rear option also includes a variable boot floor, enabling a flat load if that is important.
I ordered an 80x sportline with pretty much fully loaded, early August, picking it up this Thursday 2nd December 😀😀. I believe the factory closed for a couple of weeks to finish 6000 part build cars they had in storage , so hopefully your cars will be with you soon.
Hi, I enjoyed your review, thank you. I have ordered a SKODA Enyaq 60 SUITE (Purely because of the large boot space). A few points 1. Cup Holders are to small. 2. The horn is just so Beepy and rubbish sounding. 3. The Front Indicators are NOT LED, that is such a penny pinching exercise. 4. The car is poorly specified NO Front Parking Sensors and Rear Camera on the 60 and Power Tailgate and Blind Spot Detection is extra on 60/80. Good Luck.
The parcel shelf/blind has a dedicated pocket to fit in under the floor of the boot. It packs away perfectly without taking up boot space or passenger space. Please do a little research before criticising.
Great video AJ - Thanks A very informative and comprehensive review. One query: I thought the 'parcel shelf slide' slotted into a section under the boot floor? Have I got that wrong?
Looks like reversing it would need that rear view camera, the boot really could have been arranged for a spare tyre and jack, the batteries could be shaped to accommodate this. "you need to fit run flats!!!! Are 21 inch wheels really necessary? Too much attention is spent on wheel size for nowadays. Is the car on reserve because it is so popular or because nearly all current cars have reduced production due to chip shortages. I am loathe to consider buying an EV at the moment until someone builds a truly simply clever car.

Very good review and very thourough!!! I enjoyed your enthusiasm and passion for showing off this vehicle. Many thanks.
Best overview i have seen of the Enyaq. Very Concrete.Thankyou..
This is really (and I have watched a lot) one of the best reviews I have seen. Thank you!
thanks for the comment, appreciated
Really thorough and detailed review , excellent thank you
Page 238 of the manual show you store the boot cover under the floor cover.

Many thanks appreciated
Love the review ,but the only thing id criticise is you lifted the bonnet and said you can see tjhe motors but surely its motor is in the rear??
Thanks for the review, really informative! 👍👍👍
Good review 👍
Excellent presentation. Thank you.
You missed the pull down sections of the rear headrests. The pull down to hold your head if you doze off.

I ordered 80X standard version because i don't like stiff chassis 6 week ago and dealer said it will take 51 week to deliver.
Volvo's 9 series had the parking ticket holder 20+ years ago.

There is only a dedicated place under the boot floor If you’ve specked the “ Transport Pack” PKP
Great family car.
An absolute top in electric SUV cars!!👍👍👍

On the vehicle we were given to test there wasn’t any space to fit the parcel shelf. Thanks for the comment appreciated
@@AJThePlayerTH-camChannel That’s a pain. I agree it’s needed.
Rear camera is part of the optional parking pack and not standard unfortunately.
Great comment thanks
It's an option on the 60, but 80 and above get it as standard
It's sold it for me

Waiting for charging infrastructure to cover demand.
What a fantastic review. Really well presented 👏🏻
You’re right, that colour is beautiful. Can you remember what it was called?
Artic silver is the colour
@@jamesobrien9072 Thank you James 🙏🏻
I read recently that the brake pads are supposed to last the life of the car.
Electric cars to save the planet so we shall charge people about 30-40k for 1.
What are you saving money for? Nicer coffin maybe?
