Common cs 1.6 issue. Basically either ur pc is too slow to load everything, or its the game files that got fucked. Reinstall the game in that case, it should work like it did for me. And if not, do it on another account or another user on ur pc. I can talk about this shit all day so if theres a solution ur interested in trying feel free to ask me.
Idk if it still is its pretty much just luck now it used to be p2w its not anymore imo since decoders are about luck and you cant buy guns like you could back in the day which honestly kinda sucks to me because in my case i want a carbon m134 and i just cant buy it i need extreme luck for that so yeh its not ptw anymore but it used to be
