Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" saved me years ago after my x left me for my boss and I had lost most all my cash.. I read his book and found a way to buy a small duplex then went on to buy another home, sell the duplex, buy an 8 family and another four family, do an in home multilevel and maintain the day job. This, some helpful friends and some luck helped it all work, but I used his methods and was able to become debt free and retire by 46. I bought lots of his book and gave them to guys I worked with. Thank You Mr. Kiyosaki

The reoccurring theme I’m seeing in the comments is “he’s not giving direct advice”. What Robert is challenging all of us to do is for us to get creative and figure it out. When someone is a healer, they hold space for you while you heal yourself. In that time of healing you will find all the answers you’ve been looking for because you took the time to get to know yourself- what you like, what you don’t like, how things are done, how you can do better etc. ain’t nobody going to be putting in the work for you better then you. You can invest in bonds, mutual funds, real estate, etc but the best investment is in you! Would you bet on you? That’s the question to marinate on and get creative! If you’ve been playing it safe you will not understand what he means by getting your ass kicked time and time again because it ain’t for the faint. You gotta take some L’s before you get to your W’s and you before you have it all prepare to lose it all. This is a concept most can’t grasp and that’s ok- this is where you identify as being an employee. It’s not for everyone and that is ok!!!! Do what makes you happy, at peace and most importantly honor, love and respect yourself!

Several streams of income write books, games, paid interviews, motivational speeches and of course real estate.
But what works for him may not work for everyone there's not a blueprint. Times are different but opportunities are always there its up to you to take the risk and do the research. But yeah, he's not going to hold our hand or pass it down like we are his children. Like he said she would be better off going to prison for stealing from her employer than having her rich father bail her out. He doesn't want to bail us out he is doing tough love so we can figure things out for ourselves.

Guys you have to understand that Roberts main focus is not to tell you what to EXACTLY to invest in or what to do. His MAIN goal is to change the way you think about money and to help you increase you financial IQ and education. Like for example when you understand what an asset and a liability is you will understand what is and is not a good thing to put your money in. That’s why his main goal is to increase our IQ because if he was to just tell you to invest in real estate without you even understanding what an asset and a liability is you would probably get in trouble. That’s why he he teaches financial education and not give specific advice. Once you have that education down there are so many real teachers on yt that can teach you about what to invest in like grant cardone or other real estate investors.

I do respect Robert on many levels, but I do think people have a point otherwise why would the majority of the people posting comments be saying the same thing that they got a little or no knowledge from this talk. Also I think it’s probably absurd that Luis’s comment that he is or was Hawaii’s richest man is far-fetched. Roberts comment that a person that has a phone in his pocket has a huge advantage?? Seriously there are millions of people that would love to have a TH-cam channel that would be making them consistently huge amounts of money, seriously I think a persons chance of becoming rich by having a TH-cam channel, will be like trying to win the lotto. Also Roberts advice about buying silver or gold and then never selling? Most of us people that are getting by possibly living cheque to cheque not have that luxury LOL. Also people like Louis who I also respect and Robert do you know it’s seem to acknowledge that they did have some luck in your life that help them there’s not everybody is fortunate to have, Louis with his athletic ability to get them started in football,And even Robert with his beginnings of having his product featured on a playboy magazine LOL, who gets breaks like that?
But I do agree A person needs to self educate to become financially literate, also a person should do that with taking their health in your own hands and becoming educated in that area too, because being Wealthy without good health means nothing. Cheers everybody

I am a person who ran away from an abusive home in a trailer park at age 14, joined the Air Force at 17, got a degree in microbiology/chemistry with a 4.0 GPA then master's degree in medicine, but have always held Einstein's belief of the more I know, the more I realize I don't know anything. I’ve read a few of the comments and it astounds me that people simply look for step-by-step instructions when in reality, this is what it takes to be an entrepreneur and learn from those who are teaching: use lateral thinking.
Lateral thinking is taking the information from someone outside yourself and applying the logic to your own situation.
There is no step-by-step that is going to satisfy everyone’s way of learning. If you take the information and learn how to apply the logic to your own life through lateral thinking, you’re taking leaps and bounds towards becoming an entrepreneur and future success.

      @lizamwebb 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

If Agenda 2030 is successful, they will make it, using local regulatory and tax agencies, financially impossible via taxes and re-zoning to own farm land. If that sounds outlandish, do a little research into Agenda 21 and Agenda 30, and listen to Rosa Koire. She has done more research into the true nature of this agenda, being implemented on a global scale, than anyone in existence. As we move into a global technocracy, such as the kind the World Economic Forum desires (The Great Reset), small businesses who normally rent commercial real estate will begin to disappear permanently (they already have started), thus putting unbearable stressors on the CRM. Our world would literally look nothing like it did before the pandemic. The pandemic is being used to engender so much fear that people will not rebel when the unsustainable economic models are crashed, and so people will cry out to government to protect them. The World Economic Forum is out front with their plan...it’s all on their site. Granted, it takes some interpretation of their flowery language to intuit what is really meant, but one slogan they used to have on a little video says it all: “You will own nothing and you will be happy.”. It has recently gotten a lot of attention, and so it has been taken down. But you can find some great articles and reporting online about The Great Reset. I would HIGHLY recommend James Corbett of The Corbett Report. He has a dot com site. James is one of the most intelligent, thorough, well-informed, and honest independent journalists I have ever read. He has very good information on it, as do many journalists that post on non-censored sites like bitchute, libry, odyssey, etc. Anyway, REAL ESTATE? It’s fate is yet to be seen...it all depends on how much of this global technocracy they can roll out and get away with. If you have any interest in learning about technocracy, a very good site by Patrick Woods is technocracy dot news. He has been studying this economic model (used for social engineering purposes) for decades. Good luck!

He is also advising folks to become less reliant of the federal government, Wall Street (401K, pensions, etc.), a job or anyone. With all due respect. Much ado about nothing.. I have watched at least 22. Now, 23 videos, interviews, "teachings", etc from Robert and I realized one thing. He is just a good story teller. Mr. Howes, I give you much credit. You are energetic, entertaining, cordial, well spoken and passionate about what you do. I commend you for how many straight forward attempts you made to just get Robert con man Kiyosaki to do one thing - tell the audience what you brought him there to do... Alas, he dipped, dodged, bragged about his greatness, told some stories and pedaled some wares.. Don't get me wrong, Robert probably has more money that I will ever see in multiple life times. However, the big pro tip here from me if you really want to "be like Robert".... invest.. plain and simple... doesnt matter in what....buy low and sell high...also, he admited one thing the super rich rarely admit, his key to success - taking advantage from others misfortune, via recessions and depressions.... I did have one realization, Any one of us with just a little imagination, a knack for telling "tall tales"...aka the big fish that got away... and sprinkle in a few no sh!t moments and poof - you, me or any of us can create a how to get rich ebook... Well, thank you for allowing me to rant...take care and love the channel.

    Things I heard:
    1) Get out of the stock market - its about to crash again. Protect your assets.
    2) When it hits bottom, use other people’s money to invest.
    3) Educate yourself constantly
    4) Pick the right mentors
    5) Be willing to fail but also resilient

I want to point out too, at 46:28, Kiyosaki points out that there’s no sense in saving money because there will be 0% interest rate being paid to you (I think the highest rate I’ve even found in the past 10 years topped 5% and I’ve seen a decline to $1.5%- atrocious.) - because even though you’re receiving that money - they’re still printing it like crazy. The point is - if you invest (especially this year, because the American dollar is getting sacked) - SMART investments - your going to be able to see that the interest you receive will well exceed 50% even in short term investments. I’ve already seen over 100% interest return in single month, by the end of December 2020. That interest rate your getting from the banks - that 2% is what you are seeing at the end of the year, pennies on the dollar. So why save. It’s not a question.

Then when he's asked again how HE makes money without buying real estate ("fake asset") , without stocks ("fake investments fake money") , without a job (never pay taxes) he keeps pointing to his head. As if to say he's smart. He actually is very smart. His money is made from his books, courses, events and seminars. 😒

Lewis, you asked Robert where you should invest...as an entrepreneur & business professor, I will share with you that you must first invest in your own business. Investing in the market is the capitalization of "other people's businesses". Better to have equity ownership in another's cash flowing business. Otherwise, don't give your money to other companies. If you have a job, you're handing over your time to them.

Kiyosaki has been saying since the beginning of the interview, you have to think outside of the box and think smart. There is no golden rule. But the interviewer keeps asking, "What should people do? Should they invest in stocks? What's the best way to make money during this time?" The interviewer is NOT getting it and is sounding like the very type of people that Kiyosaki has been preaching against. His mentality is about asking for the hand out solution to make money, where as Kiyosaki has already been saying that there is no right path, but there is only the right way of thinking. Kiyosaki keeps point to his head and to his brain -- use your brain. There is no hand out solution. I think the interviewer should have picked it up earlier in the video as half way through it, Kiyosaki sounded like he was getting annoyed by the dumb "get rich quick" questions.

Dave Ramsey actually ran one of the largest scams in 2009 -2013 and used his influence to manipulate his listeners into flocking into stocks he owned while he dumped them and he influenced them to sell off gold positions by convincing them gold was totally worthless meanwhile he was partnered with the company that he reccomend everyone to sell to for (no exaggeration) pennies on the dollar while the company he was partnered with resold it for full value plus premiums.... he has made his money off manipulating his listeners. Also why would you get out of debt? Debt is money, look at a dollar it says right no it.. federal reserve note... it's not a dollar, it's a IOU that loses value over time why would you want dollars? Why wouldn't you pull loans and use the loans to buy assets? You pay far less taxes on asset generated income and you earn equity against dollars because of the dollar losing value from inflation... so why would you get out of debt??? Get out of debt and you will always be poor

And Cartoon.... something. I can't hear properly. English is not my naive language. Please help? Gratefulness in advance from Norway! ♡

I got so little out of this video. I didn't get the sense that he's interested in "serving." I ended the video when he said "I don't give advice." Bye.

Not helpful at all, he comes across as a know it all peddling his books and materials. There was no value in the entire interview.

Honestly I was getting disappointed at first as well but then I realized he's mainly encouraging ppl to think for themselves which definitely not enough ppl do and he's saying create something for yourself so you don't have to rely on govt/others. Take care of yourself, don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to be dumb, make your own assets, find/follow good teachers. All sound advice I'd say

I was so excited to listen to this... however I can't help but notice that instead of giving genuine advice to people he's just bragging, trying to sell his book, saying he does not give advice, and basically skipping all genuine questions Lewis is asking him. "Choose your teacher wisely" and "Stay stupid" is not a very helpful advice Robert. lol
Don't wanna seem like a hater cause I am not I am just honestly giving my opinion.
A little disappointed ... Not in you Lewis ;) I love you hahah

He keeps repeating the same content so many times. Everything can he said in a five minutes. learn very little from him. Great to learn from You tube and having great teaches if only they are willing to share openly and give useful information.

These guys are not going to tell you where they put their money or where to put your money no matter how many times you ask... The more people doing it the lower the value. When someone goes public with advice on what to actually invest in the ship has already sailed on the real profit.
