Never be afraid to dream big but the bigger dreams you have, the greater the challenge is. Never listen to naysayers because they themselves don't have same dreams as yours. Sometimes you have to walk the path alone even with no one is supporting you or work in silence if you had to. Working hard to success is not enough, you need to be wise as well in what you do. Most successful people are the one faced a lot of rejection, humiliation and failure yet they don't give up and this is why they belong to the 1% group. If you want to be successful, you had to understand the sacrifice you must make to achieve that and one of the biggest challenge and first step most millennial are failed in path to success is "Delayed Gratification".

Bonds / dividends from common shares / pref shares / reits / IMA / LTncds.
You dont use capital appreciation for your operational expenses.
You use fixed income instruments for your operational expenses.
You use the stock market capital appreciation to make your portfolio grow and make you richer not as a source of cashflow.
Anu po salary nyu sa work nyo noon Sir Marvin?
