Hope you got those dirt cheap because I myself am not buying any 4gb cards if they aren't cheap due to the DAG sizes of nearly all popular mineable coins being over 4GB, with some like Cortex being 8GB+

you should be running 20 amp breakers and 12-2 wire. 15A is under rated for that much draw
