Nice! 😊Definitely a soothing voice. A lot of people use her music to calm down or even sleep at night. Quite the introvert/empath and very emotional, and wrote songs to process things affecting her. She started making music at 6 and writing lyrics at 9. Parents discovered she wrote music when she was 14. She never planned on or wanted a career in music (initially turned offers down), but her mother convinced her to share. She has several great music videos ("The Seed" is a must), but as many will point out she's something special live. As great as she is with a full band, some of the acoustic/stripped down versions of her songs are very very good.
The KEXP Iceland mini concert is amazing, especially Churchyard, and All is Soft Inside. As well as all of the Vevo performances (Potion for Love, Through the Eyes of a Child). Everyone tends to recommend the same songs from Nidarosdomen, so let me offer some alternatives. From Nidarosdomen, I'd recommend Under Stars, Soft Universe, and Little Boy in the Grass. And one that people tend to forget about is "A Different Kind of Human" live at Somewhere Else Fest. She filmed it in an empty theater during the pandemic lockdown for people who were feeling stuck and lonely.
