Which would have captured the quality shape and condition of Bruce’s cards. If I purchase them I will definitely show closeups in the future. Very nice collection! Look at all those 70 Aaron’s! Nice Bobby Orr’s! The 70 Bench is a short print and one of the most expensive cards in the set! The 69 Reggie is famous for being off center! Like given! All I can say is I almost had this set completed several years ago, only needing about 15 cards with Clemente and Thurman Munson being the bigger cards I needed. It's the year I was born and looking to get my hands on the Bench, Clemente, Ryan and Reggie Jackson again someday. Had the Bench and Jackson in a PSA 8 at one time. Had to sell it all at the time due to some financial short comings and have been regretting it ever since. Also had a PSA 8 1965 Topps Frank Robinson you showed in the bicycle spokes...lol My area the dealers give about 25% to 30% for cards, I have never sold to dealers because of that. I sold mine on eBay and paid the fees and have so much sellers remorse, but needed the money at the time. Did I hear lots of Pirates? 69' Topps! Wow! Had the Reggie RC, Pete Rose, Rod Carew and the Clemente also. Not going to bore you with everything I once owned, but I did have quite the collection back then. Still not too bad, but man would I love to have some of them back. Mario Lemieux is my favorite all-time hockey player. Loved this video!! I'm new to your videos enjoy your videos I didn't know that about the old screw cases I used to have a card shop in the early nineties and use them a lot didn't know I was making a big mistake

As a former card shop owner I’m sure you know a lot more about cards than I do but from what I’ve heard and read, apparently, if they are in recessed screw downs they’re probably ok. But if not, which was the case with some of Bruce’s cards. They can get smashed and with time they can suffer from paper/ink transfer to the screw downs. So far, the ones I have taken out appear to not have been damaged. But to be safe, I will eventually be taking them all out of the screw downs and putting them in penny sleeves and into top loaders. Take care!

At the same time, as you saw, this is Bruce’s childhood collection. He put his heart and soul into accumulating and organizing what it is today-great condition with many multiples across the board. So, I do owe Bruce for that and our friendship. So, hopefully, I’ll have a number for him no later than Dec. 1st and we can come to a consensus. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for all your support!

He's definitely correct about Gretzky! Gretzky is the best sports athlete ever if you go by stats. No one even close comparably in any sport. I'm biased but Mike Bossy is definitely one of the greatest. Unfortunately career cut short from injury. Great collection!
