Why is the hit so so low on both?

There are two reasons for that. First is because i had to force shadow harvester on helm and glove slot for the crit damage and because i try to target non dagger users: primarily staff wands and staff bows. I found that for those classes i dont need much hit but for dagger users ill have to heavily stack which meant i couldnt go melee evasion. So i opted for melee/ranged evasion low hit over ranged/magic evasion high hit
